This is a question and an approach. It suggests service as well as client participation.
I provide tailor made English courses. You, as the customer/participant decide, are involved and, therefore, motivated.
We will analyse needs and requirements together and then set aims.
Some themes are similar for most participants - such as telephoning, e-mail writing, meeting language etc. - but other requirements
are very specific for individual clients, and it is my task to meet those requirements; satisfying your needs through commitment and cooperation.
