Training can take place one-to-one or in small groups of up to 12 participants. Courses and training can be held on your premises or in external seminar rooms and can take place on a regular weekly basis or in intensive blocks. Although every course is individual, the following course descriptions can be used as starting points:

General Business English;
aims to make you fit for the office in English. Telephoning, e-mail writing, attending and leading meetings, giving presentations, receiving visitors, visiting partners abroad. Suitable for participants with level B1 to C1 CEF.

English for your work;
aims to help you develop your English for your profession or special work situation. The course includes exercises, simulations and vocabulary which we will develop for your particular work plus some general office skills such as telephoning, e-mail writing and meeting language. But whatever your job we can help you find and practice the specific language you need. Suitable for participants with level A2 to C2 CEF.

English for the reception, switchboard and customer contact;
aims to improve skills for direct contact with visitors or customers and is designed for participants who often work at a reception desk or switch board. Suitable for level A2 to B1 CEF.

Basic English with some business skills;
aims to help participants with a lower level of English reach a level where they can start to use English in the work place. It concentrates on basic English knowledge and practice, but also starts to develop the vocabulary which is needed in a working situation. Suitable for participants with a level of A1 to A2 CEF.

Specific Skills;
gives you the opportunity to book a short course for very specific purposes, e.g. e-mail writing, telephoning, presentations, representing the company at a trade fair, report writing, or any other individual requirements.
